Yearly & Month to Month Contracts

Lee’s landscaping can provide you with contract services for the winter season. We meet with you to discuss your needs and prepare an estimate for services for the entire winter weather season. we offer an all year contract service that allows you to pay up front for the entire year (typically Nov. 1 April 1) and we take care of your snow removal needs for the duration of that time. this is our most popular service as it allows our customers to never have to worry about snow removal for the year.

The all year contract is based on customer specifications of size of the property and total snowfall amounts (1, 2, or more inches) we will come and clear all snow for that site any time during the season. Since the contract is already set up in advance of snow events, there is no need to call when it snows...Lee's Snow Removal Service just takes care of it.

Seasonal Contracts

We also provide seasonal contracts that are based on a pre-determined snowfall amount (2-4”, 4-6”, or 6+”) and we service those snow events and invoice the customer directly for that service.

Salting and Sanding Services

We also provide salting/sanding as a service charge for seasonal contracts or as a pre-determined service for your all year contract.

24 HR Emergency Services

We offer 24 hour emergency services to our contract customers. in the larger snow events customers can calll us any time 24 hours a day -7 days a week and we can remove excess snow that has piled up or drifted, as well as addditional salting/sanding to make access to the property safe.
